Karl Poltier
Karl joined Alan Rhone Ltd in March 2007. At the age of 16 he worked for 3 and a half years at Ziegenhahn, which is a reputable gun makers in Germany, specialising in custom side-by-sides. Afterwards he got an apprenticeship as a stocker in Ulm, Germany. Being trained by highly skilled people he gained many skills and is now a skilled Gun Maker and Stocker.
At Alan Rhone Ltd, Karl works on the assembly of Krieghoff firearms and also servicing, repair and customising of both Blaser and Krieghoff guns. He is a highly trained asset to the team.
In his spare time, Karl enjoys shooting and enters clay shooting competitions regularly. He has also been big game hunting in Namibia, Africa, in addition to on-shore and off-shore shark fishing. |
