When can I bring my gun in for Service?
The workshop is open by appointment, Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm. All guns sent to us should should be booked in with us in advance by calling the service department at 01978 6600 01.
What does a usual service or repair work cost?
Repair work is based on an hourly rate of £60.00. The cost of parts is additional. There is a price for most regularly performed service jobs, such as K-80 annual service (£135.00) or K-32 Service (£155.00), which can be obtained by calling the service department. Please note, however, that a final price for repair on some jobs cannot be given until the gun is physically inspected and the work needed is appraised here in our shop.
